Tax Foundation Europe is a nonprofit international association recognized by the EU Register as a Belgian AISBL[1] that produces tax policy research and analysis at the European Union and across Europe. It also provides basic data on taxes and spending.[2] Its stated mission is to "improve lives through tax policies that lead to greater economic growth and opportunity" guided by the principles of sound tax policy: simplicity, neutrality, transparency, and stability[2]

It is know for its annual reports such as the European Tax Policy Scorecard,[3] Spanish Regional Tax Competitiveness Index[4], and its European tax maps.[5]
