Beginnings and History[edit]
TeaTime is one of the most culturally significant coffee outlets in Qatar. It was founded in the year 2002 by the current managing director, Mr. Abdul Kareem. The first branch was opened in Al Nasr Street, Doha, Qatar, and has since expanded to more than 30 branches in Qatar. They later branched out to 5 other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, and Oman. Now, they have a total of 65 strategically located outlets all over the GCC. With 1800 employees working all over the middle east. In 2019, they opened their first premium outlet in Villaggio Mall, Al Aziziya, Doha, Qatar.

TeaTime predominantly sells Karak tea and other hot drinks. They are most famous for the mentioned drinks as they sell around 100,000 cups per day. However, their menu includes a wide variety of sandwiches, meals, soft drinks, juices, desserts, and snacks. They have about 300 unique items on the menu, however, the menu slightly differs from country to country.
