Team DEMON71 is an award-winning robotics and tech innovation team from Bahubal, Habiganj, Bangladesh. Primarily representing Alif Sobhan Chowdhury Government College, the team consists of young innovators recognized for their advancements in automation, robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

History and Achievements

Team DEMON71 has established a consistent track record of excellence in science and technology exhibitions, progressing through local and regional levels to the national stage in 2026:

47th National Science & Technology Fair 2026 (Bahubal Upazila Level) – 1st Place: Achieved first place on April 15, 2026, at the Upazila Parishad Auditorium. The event was organized by the Upazila Administration, Bahubal, and sponsored by the Ministry of Science & Technology.
47th National Science & Technology Fair 2026 (Habiganj District Level) – 1st Place: Clinched top honors during the competition held from April 18–20, 2026, at the Zilla Parishad Auditorium, organized by the District Administration, Habiganj.
47th National Science & Technology Fair 2026 (Sylhet Divisional Level) – 1st Place: Secured the championship position from May 15–17, 2026, at the Mohammad Ali Gymnasium, Rikabibazar, Sylhet. The fair was organized by the Divisional Commissioner's Office, Sylhet, under the National Museum of Science & Technology.
8th World Invention Competition and Exhibition (WICE 2026) National Round – Gold Medal: Awarded the National Gold Medal on May 9, 2026, at Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) in the "IoT and Robotics" division under the college category for their flagship project, the AI-Based Border Surveillance Vehicle. The national round was organized by Dreams of Bangladesh (DOB) in collaboration with WICE and the International Young Scientists Association (IYSA).

Following their national success, the team was officially selected by IYSA to represent Bangladesh on the global stage at the international WICE competition in Malaysia.
