Team Me provides people with a completely new way of overcoming their life challenges and improving their performance both at work and in their personal relationships.
Based on character types we see in classic movies and myths of old, Team Me provides an easy and systematic method of identifying exactly what approach a person typically takes, and then helps them see more effective alternatives that can achieve much better results.
This model has been used to coach business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, artists and performers, and individuals committed to living at their highest level of performance.
Team Me provides solutions for:
- Individuals - educational online video programs, audio products and one-on-one life transformation programs.
- Corporate leaders - detailed team profiling and programs to improve team performance and corporate culture.
- Coaches - online and live training and certification courses, supported by access to detailed, client profiling data.
The Team Me Model
At the core of the Team Me model are six, specific, universally recognised archetypal characters, that are easy to recall and easy to understand.
Behind what can at first appear to be an overly simple and entertaining presentation of different character types, is a foundation of deep and highly influential Archetypal Psychology; recognising that archetypal models are models that are deeply engrained in our unconscious minds and are thus an influence that we cannot escape.
The six archetypes are nothing new but, unlike other lists and models, have been identified as the absolute core characters behind every action we can ever take.
With Team Me, it is very important that no one is simply labelled as being, but that everyone's character is made up of a mix of all the six archetypes - and awareness of which will enable the individual to make much more informed decisions.
The model accounts for specific Shadow Archetypes that relate to each of the six. These appear in two forms: the Overheated state and the Frozen state.
The model also accounts for Left Brain and Right Brain character types, and identifies specific links between pairs of characters across the left-brain/right-brain divide. These links help explain important relational dynamics between people who exhibit strong traits of the archetypes concerned.
The Six Team Me Archetypes
The Sovereign
Just, fair and supportive, the Sovereign establishes the vision, takes responsibility over their people, provides direction, empowers others, creates order and sets fair and positive boundaries.
The Warrior
Warriors take action and accomplish missions. They courageously overcome challenges by using appropriate strength and determination, and are responsible for ensuring boundaries are enforced. They are skilled, capable and competitive and often confrontational.
The Sage
Wise, learned, perceptive and hungry for truth, the Sage is known for their remarkable knowledge and discernment. Rational and logical in their approach, they have a certain detachment from people and events, and tend to be less comfortable expressing their emotions.
The Mystic
Mystics are very good at bringing transformation and evoking change. With an air of fascination and evident delight in mystery, the Mystic seems to draw upon unearthly powers of intuition and foresight. They can be very influential characters but they would rarely want to act by force or raw authority. To the Mystic, life is all about: making dreams come true.
The Lover
They are trusting and open with others; seeking empathy and harmony with all. Comfortable in expressing their emotions, they are playful and spontaneous all the while building relationships and nurturing connections. Lovers tend to have an appreciation of beauty and are drawn towards the creative arts, poetry and music.
The Jester
They are colourful and playful, determined to live life like it's a game. Boredom, rigidity and monotony will often spur them into action. The Jester thinks that life is all about: making things fun.
Profiling and Measurement

Team Dynamics
Important work has been carried out to help explain and then adjust for the interpersonal dynamics experienced in corporate teams, based on comparing and combining the Full Spectrum Archetype Profiles of all the team members.
