Teeny Mutant Ninja Turtles is an American animated web series developed for the online video sharing platform, YouTube. Based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman, the series reimagines and follows the childhood years of the four Turtles, and is the first in the franchise to be targeted at young audiences.

The series was announced in February 2026, with an order of 30, four-minute episodes. Teeny Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to release on YouTube sometime in 2026.

Premise

The series follows the four turtle brothers—Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo—during their childhood years as ninjas in training.[1]

Production

In February 2026, it was reported that Paramount had greenlit, Teeny Mutant Ninja Turtles, a 30-episode CG-animated series of 4-minute shorts that would be released later that year on YouTube.[1][2] Produced by Nickelodeon Digital Studio, the series was described as being similar to Disney Jr.'s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, and would follow the four Turtles during their childhood years and early ninja training.[1][3]

Release

Teeny Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to release on YouTube sometime in 2026.[1]
