Usage
To include section title on screen when jumping to a section anchor placed inside the section, which is more convenient than in the section title (affects edit summary) or above it (bottom of previous section), the following code needs to be in your user space's common.css file or MediaWiki:common.css.
.anchor > span { padding-top:100px; }
