Usage:

{{Parking symbol|bg=blue|size=n|notes=text}}

• If bg=blue is specified, then a white on blue background symbol () is inserted instead.
• The default size of the icon is 15 pixels high, but can be changed by the size= parameter.
• The notes parameter is displayed as a tooltip. The default is  Car parking .
