This template is a shortcut for the {{Talk quote inline}} (a.k.a. {{Talk quotation}} or {{Tq}}) template, while auto-passing it italicization and quote marks parameters: {{Talk quote inline|i=y|q=y}}. It passes a |title= parameter, if supplied, to the parent template unchanged. It is only for use on talk pages and project pages. See the Talk quote inline template for details.
