Tengiz Shiryaev (Georgian: თენგიზ შირიაევი; September 18, 1980) is a Georgian doctor, Chief of the Congenital Cardiac Surgery Department at Jo Ann University Hospital.
Biography
Tengiz Shiryaev was born on September 18, 1980. He attended Tbilisi State Medical University from 1997 to 2003. He worked in Jo Ann University Hospital’s intensive care unit from 1999 to 2003. Shiryaev completed his cardiac surgery residency at the same hospital from 2003 to 2009.
He worked as a doctor-consultant at Givi Zhvania №2 Hospital and as a cardiologist at Jo Ann University Hospital from 2009 to 2016. He has been Chief of the hospital's Congenital Cardiac Surgery Department since 2016.
