Terry G. Hillard is the former Superintendent of Police of the Chicago Police Department. Hillard was selected to serve as the 58th Superintendent of Police by Mayor Richard M. Daley[7]. He was permanently replaced by Philip J. Cline. Superintendent Cline took office on October 6, 2003.[8]
