Thalapathy 64 is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of *Managaram* and *Kaithi* fame. The film stars Vijay as the male lead role with Sathyan Sooryan as the cinematographer and Anirudh as the music composer. The film’s editing is handled by Philomin Raj. The film is produced by Xavier Britto under the banner XB Film Creators.

The film will be produced by Xavier Britto under XB Film Creators. The action sequences will be choreographed by Stunt Silva. Satheesh Kumar will be the art director for the film. Shooting is expected to start in October 2019.[2]

The film score and soundtrack will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The music rights of the film have been bought by Sony Music India.[3]
