The Acclaimed are an American professional wrestling tag team consisting of Max Caster and Anthony Bowens. They are currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where they are the current AEW World Tag Team Champions in their first reign.

All Elite Wrestling (2020-present)[edit]
Anthony Bowens & Max Caster competed in their first tag team match in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) on the October 27, 2020 episode of Dark, where they were defeated by Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Beretta). The following month, it was announced that both Bowens and Caster had signed with AEW and would begin competing as a tag team named The Acclaimed. The Acclaimed made their Dynamite debut on the December 16, 2020 episode of Dynamite, defeating SCU (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian), before failing to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship from The Young Bucks on the December 23, 2020 episode of Dynamite.
On the March 2, 2022 episode of Dynamite, The Acclaimed failed to win a Casino Tag Team Royale, before being unsuccessful in winning the AEW World Tag Team Championship from Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus) on the March 9, 2022 episode of Dynamite.
In May 2022, the Gunn Club formed an alliance with the Acclaimed which lasted until July 2022 when the Gunn Club turned on the Acclaimed; on the August 3, 2022 episode of Dynamite, the Acclaimed defeated the Gunn Club in a dumpster match. On the August 24 episode of Dynamite, Billy Gunn became an associate of The Acclaimed when his sons turned on him.
At All Out, The Acclaimed again failed to capture the AEW World Tag Team Championship, losing to Swerve in Our Glory (Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee). Just over two weeks later at Grand Slam, The Acclaimed defeated Swerve in Our Glory to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship for the first time.[1]
