The Battle for Oz
The Battle for Oz is a fantasy fiction novel by Jeyna Grace that was published on September 15, 2015. It was illustrated by David Drummond and published by Inkshares Inc.[1]
It is a crossover between Wizard of Oz characters with Alice of Wonderland characters.
About 1/3 of its content was released on May 31, 2014 through The Battle For Oz: Exitium. This is a free ebook preview that has 4.67/5 rating in Goodreads.[2]
Plot[edit]
A new queen attempts to be the ruler of Oz so Dorothy Gale and Alice Liddel work together to fight off the evil magic. With the help of Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and The Mad Hatter, the women went to earth and back and encountered impossible circumstances. In all the commotion and chaos, while Dorothy and Alice struggle to discover how to save the city, they find out the true meaning of friendship.[3]

The Battle for Oz was given mostly positive reviews by the readers. Goodreads gave it a 3.89/5 rating[3] while Amazon gave it a 3.8/5.[4]
Young Entertainment Magazine commented on the book as: "The literary equivalent of a masterful musical masterpiece... The Battle for Oz is practically made for a Tim Burton big screen adaptation."
