The Boondock Saints III (TBA)[edit]

In November 2021, it was announced that a third film was in development, directed by Troy Duffy, from a script he co-wrote with Sean Patrick Flanery and contributions from Norman Reedus. Flanery and Reedus will reprise their roles as Connor and Murphy MacNanus, respectively. Despite Duffy's time away from the director's chair, he stated that Flanery was instrumental in his return, and was heavily involved in completing the current draft of the screenplay. Shaun Redick, Yvette Yates Redick, Don Carmody, and Duffy will serve as producers. The project will be a joint-venture production between Impossible Dream Entertainment, Dragonfly Films, and The Exchange. Principal photography is scheduled to commence in May 2022.[1]
