The Drinks Group Holdings Ltd[1] is a British multinational alcoholic beverages holding company, with its registered office based in Nottingham, England.
The company was incorporated on 3 October 2018 to manage the asset base for the subsidiary company's, Strong House Brewery Ltd, Loch Shiel Whisky Ltd, Casa Vizzini Ltd, Ron de Mestizo Ltd, Jose Reyes Bodega Ltd, Devine Distillates Group (Manufacturing) Ltd.
The Drinks Group Holdings is 100% privately owned company.
History[edit]
In February 2017 and January 2018, the Department for International Trade led a group of UK Companies to Mumbai, India to showcase Scotch Whisky, other drinks and British foods. Devine Distillates, a subsidiary of the Drinks Groups Holdings, was part of the UK delegation. [2][3]
March 2018 Devine Distillates represented the Company’s core brands at the Antad International Trade event in Guadalajara, Mexico.[4]
In November 2018 the company signed a partnership deal to supply Prosecco to Hunan District of China at the Hunan-UK Business matching Event in Shanghai, China. [5] [6]
The China Global Television Network, interviewed CEO Peter J. Robson in November 2018 to find the secret behind the success of the beers exported to China from The Drinks Group beer brand Strong House Brewery.[citation needed]
