Plot Summary[edit]
In the vibrant chaos of New York City, we begin with a lighthearted cold open featuring teenagers Penny and Antonio enjoying a picturesque picnic in Central Park. Their idyllic afternoon takes a bizarre turn when they stumble upon a disembodied foot that seems to have a life of its own, sending them into a comical panic. The film transitions to an eerie yet whimsical hospital run by the sinister duo—evil nurse Eviline and evil surgeon Evildrome. Here, we meet Simon Sackville (Sam Tate), an unsuspecting patient who has been cursed with the peculiar ability of his feet—particularly one named Eleanor—to cause mischief and mayhem. Simon’s chaotic journey begins when he finds himself embroiled in antics that include kicking rude patients and stepping on various obstacles around the hospital, all while attempting to maintain his composure. Meanwhile, Eleanor Sackville (Thora Brich), Simon's spirited counterpart, is diagnosed with similar “evil foot syndrome.” With her own mischievous foot also named Eleanor, she finds herself causing chaos at every turn as she attempts to escape the clutches of Eviline and Evildrome. As fate would have it, Penny and Antonio decide to sneak into the hospital after hearing rumors about the strange happenings surrounding Simon and Eleanor's feet. The teens are determined to help their new friends break free from their bizarre curse. Teaming up with Simon and Eleanor in a hilariously charming buddy-style adventure, they hatch a plan to defeat Eviline and Evildrome using their unique dance skills. The climax occurs during a thrilling dance competition held at the hospital where chaos reigns supreme. Simon and Eleanor showcase their tap dancing prowess while Penny and Antonio dazzle everyone with their salsa moves. Just as victory seems within reach, Eviline unleashes her diabolical plans to sabotage the competition. But just when all hope seems lost, love prevails! Simon’s foot unexpectedly connects with Penny’s rhythm as they find themselves in sync not only on the dance floor but also in spirit. Their connection breaks the curse binding both pairs of feet! The audience erupts into applause as sparks fly between our protagonists. In a comedic twist ending, as Simon finally proposes to Eleanor (with his foot doing most of the talking), it turns out that Eviline has been secretly smitten by one of Simon’s shoes throughout this whole ordeal! As she drops her evil demeanor for love's sake, she joins forces with them—transforming from villainy into hilarity.
