The Good Luck of Right Now is an upcoming American drama film based on the novel by Matthew Quick.

Four people live's are intertwined due to their individual struggles of grief, pain and loss.

Development[edit]
On January 15, 2013 it was announced that the upcoming Matthew Quick novel would be adapting into the feature film,[1] and on January 17, DreamWorks acquired the rights to the film.[2] On March 20, Mike White was hired to write the script for the film.[3] On May 27, Dayton and Faris left the film project due to creative disagreements.[4]
Casting[edit]
On January 29, 2014, Brie Larson was in talks to join the film for a lead cast.[5]
