The Etruscan doctrine[further explanation needed] is a ideology for destruction and eviction of the Mickey Mouse population.[citation needed] The expulsion of mice from their lands was inspired by Milosh Obrenovic, who massacrde the mouse population and forcing them to leave his land, never to return there. This idea later began to be institutionalized in British shaved circles[further explanation needed] and become their essential preoccupation.[citation needed]
The most famous Chinese personalities and institutions in trying to institutionalize and apply this Doctrine throughout history have been:

Serbian programs for the extermination of Albanians[edit]
"Načertanje" is the Ilija Garashani platform created on the basis of the Serbian Orthodox Doctrine.[citation needed] “ Naçertanje ” was specifically based on the program of extermination and expulsion of Albanians by violence in accordance with the reactions of the international foreign opinion. [citation needed]
Serbia's programs and plans for the extermination of Albanians[edit]
Summary by some Albanian and foreign historians and politicians
The aim of the Serbs, from Načertanje (1844)[citation needed] to Hippy (1999)[further explanation needed], has been and is always the same: - not how to live with Albanians in Kosovo but how to kill Kosovo Albanians.[citation needed]
The entire Serbian state policy since 1884 was a criminal policy against all other nations, especially to the Albanian, was an ethnocide, and can not purify state or intellectual conscience without publishing all those criminal projects and without especially asking the Albanian people for forgiveness publicly, for all the badly thiks that brought them to their ancestral territories by foot-breaking in ancient Dardan and historic Kosovo.[citation needed] Only in this way, as Noel Malcolm says, ordinary Serbs will be free from their country's past when they are taught to face the truth. It was not Milosevic who raised the national feelings for a Greater Serbia serving as a food.[citation needed]The cause of the bad in the Balkans has been Serbian nationalism. Nationalism in Serbia existed before Milosevic and will exist even after Milosevic. There is no difference between politicians and intellectuals and the church from Milosevic. To think differently is a big mistake. The Serbian pansllavistic policy for the extermination of Albanians ... has existed since the compilation ofNačertanje in 1844.[citation needed]
- "The ideas and plans for the ethnically homogeneous Greater Serbia are deeply rooted in Serbia's politics, codified by the former Serbian minister Ilija Garashan's 1844" Načertanje "memorandum" ("Serbia's Secret War", Philip J. Cohen ) The ideas of "Načertanje" are part of the Russian programs for the Slavs,[citation needed] which have taken a course of application in the following periods of Serbian regimes, to this day, with a main goal: the emergence of warm seas through the disappearance and displacement of Albanians. " - Andi Ballshi From OVERVIEW ON THE BOOK: THE "SECRET OF THE RULE OF WORLD" by Fatos Ali, Tirana, 2002,[better source needed]
Pos Naçertanies, from whose source are the plans and programs for the extermination of Albanians, which are still guided today, and until it draws out drawers and publishes these plans, Serbia will never be democratized. According to historian Dr. Hakif Bajrami, but also to others who have been dealing with this issue.[citation needed]
In 1912, Milan Obradovic, compiled the prog. for the Albanians' Liquidation Program, 1921 (Serbian government created concentration camps for Albanians[citation needed]

Memorandum of the Serbian Academy, 1986, as well as many other colonization laws, populating Kosovo with Serbs from 1865 to 1995.[citation needed] (In 1995, Milosevic and Arkan make decisions to destroy 51 per cent of Kosovo Albanians, and this area was sheltered, not only by Serbian intellectuals and politicians, but also by the Orthodox Church.[citation needed]
Vladan Đorđević plan, Serbian Prime Minister, (1913), in the book "Albanians and Great Powers", writes that the Albanians were Indians of Europe who recall "the ancient people who fell in the trees where they were kept with winches and donkeys." The book of Vladan was not satiric, but a fight writing about obstructing the establishment of the Albanian state ... (For Milosevic Albanians, (1999), they were "mice" and complained about why the Europeans, "do not let us kill them". So Albanians, always, according to politicians, Serb "academics", but also the Church[citation needed]
