The Introvert’s Edge: How the Quiet and Shy Can Outsell Anyone is a self-help book written by small business consultant Matthew Pollard.[1][2][3] The book advocates a 7-step sales system that purports successful sales results for people with introverted personalities.[4][5] The Introvert’s Edge is written in parable format, ostensibly based on Pollard’s life and the application of his methodology with his clients.[6]

The book was ranked #2 on BookAuthority’s list of 35 Best Introvert Books of All Time and #23 on their list of 100 Best Sales Books of All Time.[7][8] It also received third place in Top Sales World’s 2018 Best Sales Books and made #1 on AskMen’s list of Best Motivational Reads of 2018.[9][10] Benzinga listed it in their list of Best Sales Books in April 2019.[11] The book is published in paperback and audiobook.

The next book in The Introvert’s Edge series, tentatively titled The Introvert’s Edge – Networking: Let Them Chase You, is scheduled to be released by publisher HarperCollins Leadership in early 2021.[12]
