A South Central LA gang member who became a paid FBI informant and his covert collaboration with a hard-nosed agent led to gang leaders putting the informant’s life in constant danger.

On February 17, 2011, it was reported that Universal Pictures hired Kimberly Peirce to direct “The Knife,” with Vineet Dewan adapting Guy Lawson’s article “The Inside Man,” with Brian Grazer will produce through Imagine Entertainment.[1]
