The Masked Singer Japan is an upcoming reality music competition show. It is based on the show King of Mask Singer from Korea.

Production

The show will air only on Amazon Prime Video Japan as an exclusive on that site. The Masks were announced on August 4th, 2021 along with a teaser video[1] showing the contestants performing. The show will air on September 3rd, 2021.

Panelists and host

The host for The Masked Singer Japan was announced to be TV personality Yo Oizumi, the panelists for this series have announced to be Japanese girl group Perfume, guitarist Miyavi, model Kiko Mizuhara and comedian Bakarhythm.
