The NewJurist International Law Magazine is an English and German scholarly journal which publishes legal, cultural and economic articles from around the globe. The magazine, which since its inception has been open access, was founded in 2007 by the Austrian jurist Dr. M M Elghuesin JD. The journal operates an open ethos policy regarding author submissions, being multidisciplinary in nature, with the core of its work dealing with human rights and human dignity.

The journal is managed by a team of editors, residing in Austria, U.S, UK, and Singapore. Since 2016, the NewJurist has been an external member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Health Childhood.[1] and its editors have contributed to All Party Reports.
