The New Institute Foundation gGmbH is a platform that aims to facilitate social change, based in Hamburg, Germany. It was founded in 2020 as an Institute for Advanced Study in response to the most urgent ecological, economic and political challenges of our time. THE NEW INSTITUTE brings together international thought leaders and practitioners from academia, arts, business, politics, activism and media to develop effective and sustainable concepts for the future.
Management
Erck Rickmers chairs the organisation. The Executive Board consists of Wilhelm Krull, Executive Director, Christoph Gottschalk, Chief Executive Officer and Anke Hennings, Chief Financial Officer.[1]
