The Riviera Monaco is a 40-story skyscraper in Pattaya, near the beach on the Gulf of Thailand in the Chonburi Province.[1][2] In 2020, it won the prize for the Best Condominium Development On The East Coast at the Thailand Property Awards.[3]

On July 31, 2019, Siam Commercial Bank signed a construction bank finance contract for $ 16.8 million for the final phase of the Monaco Riviera, which was scheduled for completion in beginning 2021.[4][5] The construction was completed in early 2021 and the interior is planned by the end of 2021.[6]

Design[edit]

The Monaco Riviera has received several awards, including the award for Best High-Rise Residential Architecture in Thailand and the Best Condo Interior Design Eastern Seaboard Award.[7]

Pattaya City (Thai: เมืองพัทยา, RTGSMueang Phatthaya) is a self-governing municipal area which covers Tambon's Nong Prue and Na Klua and parts of Huai Yai and Nong Pla Lai. The city is in the industrial Eastern Seaboard zone, along with Si Racha, Laem Chabang, and Chonburi. Pattaya is at the center of the Pattaya-Chonburi Metropolitan Area—a conurbation in Chonburi Province—with a population of roughly 1,000,000.[citation needed]
