The Capital Region Second Ring Expressway (Formerly as Second Seoul Ring Expressway) (Expressway No.400) (Hangul: 수도권제2순환고속도로; RR: Sudogwon Je2sunhwan Gosokdoro) is an expressway, circular beltway or ring road around Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It circulates in a circular shape outside the Capital Region First Ring Expressway, and when the entire section is completed, the total length reaches 263.4 km. It is being divided into 12 sections and the construction is being carried out with the aim of completing it by 2029. The expressway is a mixture of state-funded sections operated by the Korea Expressway Corporation and private-funded sections operated by the private sector.

- 29 October 2005: Section from Bongdam to Dongtan opens to traffic.
- 23 March 2012: Construction begins from Gimpo to Incheon.
- 19 May 2014: Construction begins from Yangpyeong to Hwado.
