Florin Marius Golianu, known artistically as The Stag, was born in Vulcan, Hunedoara County, Romania, and raised in Dorohoi, Botoșani. After completing his high school education, he served two years in the Romanian Army within the elite Black Wolves Brigade. Following unexpected life events, he transitioned into civilian life and later moved abroad in search of new opportunities.
He began his international journey in Dublin, Ireland, and later settled in the UK, where he spent eight years as a chef at the prestigious Soho House Oxfordshire. Marius continues to work in the culinary field as a dedicated chef in Bloxham, Oxfordshire.
