The Helford family is a wealthy aristocratical family who organised for chandlers ford England. That rose to public attention through Sir Henry George Helford (1800-1885) a weathy former military general , unlike most families of the 1800s era they managed to establish themselves in the world of business early on (1800-current). The family established their main ‘quarters in chandlers ford England and a currently undocumented location in the east. In 1875 sir Henry George helford was given a controversial CBE resulting in the family’s first worldwide scandal. In the 19th century the family owned the second largest private fortune. Their wealth has grown over the 20th century leading them in front of their former rival the Rothchilds. The growth in wealth is largely said to be down to the lack of ancestors and need for division of wealth.
The family have been in many scandals dating all the way from 1800s to 2023.
