The Mesivta High School of Greater Philadelphia, colloquially referred to as "The Mesivta," is an all-boys college-preparatory Orthodox Jewish high school located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Since its founding in 2013, the institution has offered a balanced dual curriculum of both secular and Judaic studies.

Currently, the Mesivta offers a total of 33 rigorous secular studies courses, including 9 Advanced Placement (AP) courses as well as several honors classes. The illustrious instructors prepare the students for high-level university curriculums and for pursuits beyond the classroom. Certain students also take courses at local universities such as The University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. In addition, the Mesivta launched a Special Education Program to meet the needs of a wider range of community boys. The student body consists of 62 boys, the majority of whom reside in the Main Line, and the staff members consist of 48 individuals. The prestigious Judaic curriculum consists of a total of 10 leveled shiurim among Gemara, Halacha, and Tanach, ranging from the Beis Medrash Koton (BMK) program, an in-depth and highly analytical shiur (open to the school’s 10th-12th graders), to basic, more introductory shiurim. Trained by world-class Rebbeim, the students are cultivated into motivated learners and aspiring Talmidei Chachamim.

Among Mesivta's 3 graduating classes, which consisted of 22 boys, students have gained acceptance to the following prestigious universities and yeshivas:

Universities: University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Yeshiva University, Yeshiva University Honors, Drexel University, Temple University, Binghamton University, and Lander College

Additionally, an alumnus from Mesivta's first graduating class was enlisted into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The Mesivta offers a variety of interscholastic extracurricular activities including: basketball (Varsity and Junior Varsity), soccer, tennis, baseball, mock trial, and Model Beis Din (Mesivta has come in first place two years in a row). In addition, it offers many intramural extracurriculars including: student government, chesed club, cooking club, acapella club, book club, sports management club, peer mentoring group, a 3-on-3 basketball league, a nightly night seder program, bekius, and stock market club.
