General Information
ThemeREX has been established by Gennadiy Rizun and Roman Rizun on Cyprus in 2007. The company develops and sells web solutions, including WordPress Themes, HTML Templates, PSD Designs. Also, the agency provides full website development services.[1]. ThemeREX is one of the largest suppliers on the Web Design Marketplaces like Mojo, Creative Market and Envato. As of December 2018 the company has offices in Cyprus, Ukraine and Russia and the number of employees reached 100 people.
Niche Model
The company chose the micro-niche business model. The designs are made specifically for a narrow marketing niche. Therefore, the end user does not have to make major customization to the product.
ThemeREX Framework
The company programmers had developed their own Framework and Plugin. ThemeREX Framework - is a solid platform with the options, features and shortcodes that extend the regular WordPress functionality and optimizes the engine performance. Also, the latest versions include support of popular page builders (WPBakery, Visual Composer, Elementor, Gutenberg). The themes on ThemeREX Framework are customizable by customers. The platform allows to edit layouts, blocks’ shape, change a color scheme and manage content. Also, ThemeREX Framework is compatible with the popular WordPress Plugins: Slider Revolution, Uber Menu, Tribe Events Calendar, Contact Form 7, bbPress, BuddyPress, Visual Composer, Elementor etc[2]

- June 2007 - company established.
- November 2012 - ThemeREX framework version 1.0.
- March 2013 - joined Envato Marketplace. Created an account ThemeREX on ThemeForest and 3DOcean.
- August 2014 - ThemeREX framework version 2.0.
- April 2015 - created an account AncoraThemes on ThemeForest.
- February 2015 - created an account AxiomThemes on ThemeForest.
- May 2015 - created web design blog.
- January 2016 - created custom studio for individual sites development and customization.
- February 2016 - ThemeREX framework version 3.0.
