Theresa Ibas is a Nigerian barrister who represented the First Lady of Rivers State as the wife of the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas who was appointed the role by the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on 18th March 2025.[1][2]
She previously served as the president of the wives of the Naval officers of Nigeria with her husband as the Chief of Naval Staff of Nigeria at the time.[3]
