Therese Moodie-Bloom is an Australian leader of Mensa International.
Moodie-Bloom is International Chairman of the International Board of Directors of Mensa.[1] Her three-year term began in July 2024.
She has previously served as:[2]
- Director of Administration of Mensa International, from July 2013 – July 2017,
- Director of Administration of Mensa International, July 1999 – June 2001,
- Chairman, CEO of Australian Mensa, July 1993 – June 1999,
- Editor of the Mensa International Journal, December 1996 – December 1998
Personal
Moodie-Bloom toured Vietnam during the Vietnam War as a musician. She has lived and worked in the US, Europe and the Middle East. She has studied philosophy and politics at Macquarie University.
Moodie Bloom is a freelance puzzle writer (1990–Present). She does regular weekly columns: 'Brain Trainers' (The Weekend Australian) and 'IQ Challenge' (The Melbourne Sunday Herald Sun).
