They Follow is an upcoming American horror film written and directed by David Robert Mitchell. It is a sequel to the 2014 horror film It Follows. It stars Maika Monroe as a woman who survived the events of the first film after being pursued by a supernatural entity.

Production
In October 2023, it was announced that a sequel to the 2014 horror film It Follows, was in pre-production titled They Follow, with David Robert Mitchell directing and Maika Monroe reprising her role from the previous film. It is being both produced and distributed by Neon.[1] Monroe described the script as, "incredibly challenging" and "bigger and darker and more f***ed up".[2] Principal photography was scheduled to begin in 2024, but was postponed to early 2025.[3][4]
