Lenovo ThinkSystem is Lenovo's series of server computers, an evolution from IBM System x, and Lenovo's own ThinkServer line.

Starting from around 2015, it includes a rackmount, tower and industrial servers, blade servers, storage arrays, SAN switches and other devices.

Current lines include SR V1/V2/V3 and ST V1/V2/V3 lines, and includes 1 socket, 2 socket, 4 socket and 8 socket systems.

History[edit]

Following Lenovo's purchase of IBM's PCs and laptops around 2004, Lenovo purchased IBM's System x brand of x86 servers around 2014. From there the line evolved to the current line of ThinkSystem products.
