History

ThinkWave was founded and established in 1997[9] by Matthew Hamilton and John Poluektov, and incorporated in Delaware in 1998,[10] it was the first to launch online access for parents and teachers to review student’s reports. The company’s main headquarters is based in Sebastopol, California.[11]
