Thomas A. Loughran
Thomas A. Loughran is a U.S politician and restaurant owner from Snyder, New York. He has served as an Erie County Legislator since 2006. Loughran currently represents the 5th district, after previously serving the 14th district prior to redistricting in 2012. He is also a former councilman for the Town of Amherst.
Loughran attended Williamsville High School and received his BA in Political Science from the University of Buffalo in 1976.[1]
