Thomas C. DeVor

Thomas C. DeVor was the Republican candidate for Maryland State Senate in MD District 16 in 2002 and lost to Democrat Brian Frosh with 27.87% of the vote.[1]
DeVor was a fundraiser for the Republican National Committee.[2]
DeVor later moved to Houston, TX, where he was the Republican Precinct Chair for Precinct 34.[3]
