Thomas Corregio Smith

Thomas Corregio Smith (1743-1811) was a painter. His father (Thomas Smith of Derby) was a landscape painter and named his children after artists. Engraver John Raphael Smith was his brother.[1]

Smith is known for his miniature paintings.[2] The Dictionary of Painters and Engravers published in 1889 describes him as having limited talent and as having produced work of mediocre quality.[2]

He lived in Uttoxeter.[3]
