Three Star Books is an independent artist's books publishing house, founded in Paris in 2007 by Christophe Boutin and Mélanie Scarciglia in association with Cornelia Lauf (partner from 2007 to 2015).[1][2]The company is owned and managed by Christophe Boutin.[3] and Mélanie Scarciglia with Maddalena Quarta overseeing production[4]

In 2019 Three Star Books acquired the stock of publishing house onestar press, created in 2000 by Boutin and Scarciglia in association with Sébastien de Ganay,[5] and continues to distribute its inventory. From 2000 to 2019, onestar press utilised print on demand technology to produce over 250 titles in a standard format in partnership with various contemporary artists.

The studio of the publishing house is located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, in a space serving as a studio and occasionally exhibition space..[6]
