I replaced the numbers with bullet points using a '*' at the beginning of each so at least they appear in a proper list, but these should not remain this way. They should be converted to inline citations that follow the article content they are being used to cite. ERB shows how to do that. Note that this assumes that you find sources that are suitable, since apparently other editors have reviewed them and found to be lacking in depth. Timothy John Galpin (born August 13, 1961) is an author and Senior Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His career has spanned both academia and consulting. He is best known for his work in the areas of strategy development and execution, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational culture change. Early life and education

Tim Galpin was born on August 13, 1961, in Gloversville, New York. Timothy Galpin graduated from Gloversville High School in 1979. He received his B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (1983) from SUNY Plattsburgh, an M.S. in Management (1985) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and a Ph.D. in Organization Development (1989) from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also worked as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

Career

While completing his Ph.D. at UCLA, he worked as a Project Manager for Hughes Aircraft Company. In 1989, Galpin moved to London, England, where he helped grow the first international office of Senn-Delaney Management Consultants, moving to Hamburg after the firm was acquired by Arthur Andersen. Upon returning to the US in 1993, he has held senior leadership positions with several consulting firms including Booz Allen Hamilton, Pritchett & Associates, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and Katzenbach Partners. In 2001, he participated in the co-foundation of the Strategy and Mergers and acquisitions consulting firm Integration Partners, which was acquired in 2005 by The Keystone Group.

Galpin's university career began in 2005 as an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Dallas, relocating to Colorado in 2005 as an Assistant Professor of Management at Colorado Mesa University, then as a Clinical Professor of Management at Colorado State University. He is currently a Senior Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Galpin continues to work on boards and in senior management consulting for various industries to plan and implement complex efforts—including strategy formulation and execution, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, business restructuring, and organizational culture change.
