Tinker Jannat Meem (Bengali: টিঙ্কার জান্নাত মিম) takes pride in crafting a successful landmark in her famous female community, Pop of Color Ltd. Being a one-woman army, she has always set her mind on doing something different from 2014 to 2022.[1] At present, Pop of color is more than just a group or page. Tinker Jannat Meem, the founder, and managing director, successfully turned her group into a company in 2018 titled Pop of Color Ltd,Since then, Pop of Color Ltd. has successfully established itself in every woman's life to empower them on a deeper level.[2][3] The motto of Tinker is to develop women mentally, physically, and economically. Thus, from the very beginning, Tinker has strived to create a positive vibe through her company.[4][5][6] Pop of Color Ltd thrives on a robust support system that encourages women, helps and motivates them.[7] The company actively works for women who want to do something and make their own identity. This powerful community provides a safe space where anyone can share useful anecdotes and advice.[8][9][10]

Early Life

Tinker Jannat Meem was born in Khulna on January 01, 1994. Her nickname is Jannatul Mawa, but she is popularly known as Tinker Meem. Her father's name is Sheikh Muhammad Asaduzzaman, who is a retired government job holder. Her Mother's name is Shirin Jaman, who is a teacher and a housewife. She was grown up in Khulna city in her early life. She is the youngest among her five siblings.[11]

Career

Tinker Jannat Meem started her journey as an influencer & promoter for brands and sectors. She tries to create an influential impact by being an honest and concerned consumer. She formed her first career in the Pop of color group in December 2014. Pop of color started her journey differently from other female community groups. Currently, there are around Forty-Seven Thousand members in the Pop of color online group. She also creates Pop of flavors for food review, where forty thousand members. With two thousand members, she makes Pop of secrets, a subsidiary venture of Pop of Colors. It aims to extend psychological support while ensuring 100% privacy. Here another group is Pop of hope, with five thousand members. It is an online-based business organization, also a sister concern of Pop of Color. As the founder of Pop of Color, she strives to make women's intentions productive and to help them achieve self-reliance.[12][13]

Meem has always aimed toward empowering women in their respective fields. Accordingly, in 2016 she made her business legal by trade license. In 2018 she registered her community into a private company. In this community, women n not only gossip and hang out but also help each other. It is the first-ever Facebook group that has worked in digital marketing with leading multinationals companies and brands such as Audi, Pran, Farm fresh, Bkash, Fresh, A.C.I., R.F.L., Arong, Uniliver, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, Marico, Apex, Incepta Pharmaceuticals, Amari Dhaka, Kumarika, Royal Tulip Beach Resort, Golden Rose, Veet Bangladesh, Himalaya and so on.[14][15][16]

She started collaborating with national and international shops. For eight years, she worked collaborating with eighty-seven more national and multinational sponsors. She organized "Chefs Beyond Home-2019 and 2022, the biggest and first homemade food festivals in Bangladesh. Not only that, but she also arranged Rongin Boishakh" & "Pushtikotha" "Poshian Conference" in the same year. In 2020 she arranged "Come for blast season 1, seaso2. But Season 3 is postponed during Covid-19, but it will be held this year. In 2022 she set women's day in six-season hotels, Poc Talk show, an online webinar event, Women's Day Shorbojaya.[17][18]

Education

Tinker Jannat Meem Passed S.S.C in 2010 from Govt. Coronation Girls High School, Khulna And Passed H.S.C in 2010 from Govt. Pioneer Mohila College, Khulna.Then Completed graduation from Chittagong Independent University.

Other Work

Tinker Jannat Meem is also involved in charity. The name of her charity organization is Rongin Khushi Chorai where they help underprivileged people and orphan children. She has another foundation, Pop of Hope, which works for Female Entrepreneurs by arranging training and supporting the branding of their work.

Personal Life

Tinker Jannat Meem has two children. She has been married to Mr. Abu Sufiyan since 2016.
