History

Tips Music was established in 1988 and has been involved in the acquisition and production of music for Indian cinema. One of its early releases included the soundtrack of Patthar Ke Phool (1991).

During the 1990s and early 2000s, the company expanded its catalogue with music from Hindi films such as Raja Hindustani (1996), Pardes (1997), and Taal (1999).[1]
