Todd A. Levine is a founding partner and commercial litigator at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen, and Levine, P.L. in Miami, Florida. Although he has a strong focus on commercial real estate disputes, Levine handles a nearly all types of commercial litigation cases. He often represents property managers, investors, contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners in complex disputes that arise from real estate projects and transactions. He has handled disputes in a wide array of fields including sports and entertainment.
Levine uses his analytical and creative skills to find a unique and winning strategy. As an avid musician and artist who also enjoys math and science, Levine has a unique edge in the courtroom because he is able to consider all possible arguments of a case and hone in on specific evidence. This allows him to stand out among other attorneys in his field.

He proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida Levin College of Law in 1991. 
Aside from his career, Levine enjoys playing guitar and uses his creative interests as a way to look at cases in a new way.
