Todd A. Levine is a founding partner and commercial litigator at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen, and Levine, P.L. in Miami, Florida[1]. He often represents property managers, investors, contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners in complex disputes that arise from real estate projects and transactions. He has handled disputes in a wide array of fields including sports and entertainment.

Levine uses his analytical and creative skills to find a unique and winning strategy. As an avid musician and artist[2] who also enjoys math and science, Levine has a unique edge in the courtroom because he is able to consider all possible arguments of a case and hone in on specific evidence. This allows him to stand out among other attorneys in his field.[3]

Early in his career, Todd Levine found he had a "knack for litigating... specifically, reframing issues and arguments to make them easier to understand[4]."

Levine credits his success to the habits he has worked hard to maintain over his years of practice in the courtroom. He prioritizes being prepared and having all the possible arguments at play.[5] As he has grown over the years, he has learned to consider all the possibilities, and has learned to better think on his feet and creatively develop solutions[4]. He also creates an outline of all his thoughts to help keep things organized.

Levine has received mentions and awards in a wide array publications including Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Magazine, the Daily Business Review, and South Florida Business Edition. [6]In addition, he was recently mentioned in Super Lawyers Business Edition[7] for their 2019 issue. Todd Levine graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with his Bachelors. He proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida Levin College of Law in 1991[8]. [9]

Aside from his career, Levine enjoys playing guitar and uses his creative interests as a way to look at cases in a new way. [10]
