Since co-founding Pebb Capital in 2013, Todd has guided the firm’s strategic growth, overseeing acquisitions, developments, and investments totaling more than $2 billion across multiple U.S. markets and asset classes. As Chairman, he leads the company’s planning, process, and execution across major sectors, including retail, office, hospitality, multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use. Under his leadership, Pebb Capital has evolved into a vertically integrated real estate and private equity firm known for its agility and expertise across all phases of the investment cycle and market conditions.
Before launching Pebb Capital, Todd served as Co-Chief Financial Officer and In-House Counsel at Pebb Enterprises, where he helped transform his family’s regional real estate operation into an institutional-grade development and investment firm.
Todd began his career as a securities litigator at Fowler White Burnett and Homer Bonner & Delgado in Miami, representing major financial institutions and brokerage firms. He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Committed to advancing excellence in real estate, Todd serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Miami’s MRED+U program and on the Board of Trustees at Pine Crest School, where he is the current Chair of the Finance Committee.
