Tokio Kazuka (神塚 ときお Kazuka Tokio, born on July 13) is a Japanese manga artist. His work was published in monthly manga magazines by Kodansha and Kadokawa Shoten throughout the 1990s, however he was forced to retire after developing Parkinson's disease.[1]. He has since released some amateur dōjinshi. He is known for his depictions of young girls riding motorcycles[2]. In 2018, in a spin-off manga of Bakuon!!, a customer comes into the bike shop claiming the manga of Tokio inspired them to ride bikes[3]
