Tom J. Heywood (born 2 August 1997) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays for [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] in the Bunnings NPC.[1] His position is prop. Heywood played 23 games for Mid Canterbury in the Heartland Championship between 2017 and 2019, before playing for [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] during the 2022 and 2023 seasons where he made 7 appearances for the province. Heywood made his debut for Tasman in Round 1 of the 2025 Bunnings NPC against [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]].[2]
