Tomer Levinsky (Hebrew: ; born 1989) is an Israeli entrepreneur and digital marketing executive. He is the co-founder, co-owner and co-CEO of Leos Media & Interactive Ltd., an Israeli digital marketing and web development company headquartered in Haifa, which he co-founded with Tal Hoffman in 2008.[2][3] Levinsky is also a co-owner of Levinsky Hoffman Ltd. and Ta'ata Real Estate Ltd., companies involved in real estate development and urban renewal projects in Israel.[5][9][31]
Early life and education
Levinsky was born in 1989 in Haifa, Israel, where he continues to reside.[9] He completed 12 years of schooling and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Ono Academic College.[5] He served in the Israel Defense Forces, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant (Samal Rishon).[5]
Before co-founding Leos Media & Interactive, Levinsky worked in the marketing department of Tempo Beverages.[5]
Career
Leos Media & Interactive
In 2008, Levinsky and Tal Hoffman co-founded Leos Media & Interactive, a digital marketing and web development company.[2][3][9] Initially established with a small team, the company later expanded to employ approximately 100–180 people and serves thousands of business clients across Israel.[5][8]
Leos Media & Interactive provides website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management, AI and generative search optimization (GEO), branding, digital strategy, and video production services.[2][6]
The company operates offices in Haifa, Herzliya and Tel Aviv and announced plans to expand into the United States market in 2023.[5][6]
According to company profiles, Leos Media & Interactive has been recognized as a Google Partner and has appeared in Dun & Bradstreet Israel's Duns 100 rankings.[2][4]
Real estate
Levinsky is a co-owner of Levinsky Hoffman Ltd. and Tata Real Estate Ltd., companies specializing in urban renewal and residential redevelopment projects.[5][9] Ta'ata Real Estate has been recognized in Israeli business media for its activity in urban renewal and residential redevelopment projects.According to company information, Ta'ata Real Estate is advancing projects totaling more than 1,000 housing units across Israel.[9][30]
International business ventures
Levinsky is the owner of TL-IL Nigeria Ltd., a company operating in Nigeria. Through the company, he is a partner in Dynamo Academica FC, a football academy that develops young Nigerian football talent and promotes international partnerships and player development.[26][27]
Other business activities
Levinsky is also associated with Play It, a football talent and player representation agency. His involvement in football-related businesses also includes his partnership in Dynamo Academica FC through TL-IL Nigeria Ltd., supporting youth football development in Nigeria.[15}
Media appearances
In 2022, Levinsky participated in the second season of the Israeli reality television series New Love (Ahava Hadasha).[16][17] Following his appearance on the program, he was featured in several Israeli entertainment and lifestyle publications.[17][18]
His marriage proposal also received media coverage in Israeli news outlets.[19][Citation Needed]
Levinsky has appeared as a guest on Ron Landsman's podcast, discussing entrepreneurship and the growth of Leos Media & Interactive.[9]
He has also been interviewed and quoted in Israeli business publications regarding artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and developments in the technology sector.[20][21][22][23][24]
Community involvement
Levinsky is a member of the Haifa and Northern Chamber of Commerce and Industry.[5] He is also a member of Yamin Sa'ad, an Israeli nonprofit organization that has worked for more than two decades to support patients and their families through charitable and community initiatives.[5][28][29]
