Toney Chapman Steele born December 4,1972 from New Orleans Louisiana is an American actor known for Queen Sugar, NCIS New Orleans, and Claws. A Iraq Combat Veteran Steele served in the U.S Navy 2001-2003 and the U.S Army 2004-2007. Upon discharge from the Army Steele started a career in Acting.
