Tony Tenpenny
Ira A. Antonio "Tony" Tenpenny was an American politician and former Nashville councillor.[1] Tenpenny was a member of Nashville Metro Council from 2011 to 2015, representing District 16.[2][3]
Tenpenny was a recovering alcoholic with a history of arrests.[1] During the COVID-19 pandemic, he claimed that the pandemic was a left-wing hoax,[4][5] and shared a video which ascribed its causes to demons.[2]
He died of COVID-19 on 20 September 2020.[4][6]
