Top 20 Countdown: Most Shocking (also known as Top 20 Most Shocking, and also known simply as Top 20 in other markets) is an American reality television show produced by Nash Entertainment and truTV Original Productions. The is mostly a spin-off to Most Shocking, which originally aired from 2006 to 2010.[2] The show is narrated by Tyler Derek who also narrated Most Shocking and Most Daring alongside Brian Cummings (though he doesn't return in this show).
Synposis[edit]
The show focuses on videos of shocking behavior, freak accidents, and bizarre events counting from 20 to 1. The show is known for its off-color humor and puns from the narrator.

Including the pilot, there are 70[3] total individual Top 20 Most Shocking episodes that have aired. There are still some episodes that have been announced but have still not yet aired. Special episodes started on August 30, 2012 and ended on December 16, 2012.
