I waned to change the name of a page but unfortunately I was unable to do so.keeping these in views I need two rights 1.Moving a page which I have created 2.Deleting a page which I have created. I need both rights so that I can move a page and delete a page if it not looks well.
OK I will give you the right to move a page. When you move a page you don't need to delete the former page because it's automatically redirect to new page.
